In short: we collect only what we need to run the agent program and keep it safe. We never sell your data. Your documents and the contact details you give in our forms are stored encrypted and are never published. The one exception: if you become an agent, your agent name and the contact links you use for players may be shown on our Verified agents page (you can ask us not to list you). You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
Who we are and how to contact us
This portal is run by RolsBet. People use it to apply as RolsBet MobCash agents, to contact our team and to apply for jobs with us. RolsBet decides why and how the personal data collected here is used.
This notice covers the website, its live chat, our Telegram bot, agent applications and job applications. Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook have their own privacy rules for what you do in their apps.
To ask about your data or to use your rights, contact us:
- Email: support@rolsbet.partners
- Support form: Contact support
- Check a manager: Manager verification
We never ask for your password or for a payment to handle a privacy request.
What data we collect
What we collect depends on what you do on the portal. You can read the site without filling in any form, but we record some technical data about every visit (see below). If you do not give us the details a form asks for, we cannot handle that request.
Callback form and quiz
When you ask a manager to contact you, we collect your name, how you want to be contacted (Telegram or WhatsApp), your phone number and/or your Telegram username (if you choose Telegram in the quiz, it also asks for your phone number so a manager can still reach you), your answers to the short questions (for example, whether you have starting capital), your language and your region.
Your answers help us decide whether and how soon a manager contacts you. Managers add notes about their calls and messages with you. Your manager may send you a personal invite link to the application form. We record when you open it, and if you then apply, we link your application to your request. If you send an agent application with the same phone number or Telegram, we also link it to your request.
Agent application (KYC)
To apply as an agent, you give us:
- Your full name, date of birth, phone number, Telegram and email
- Your country, city and business address (street, building, office and address notes)
- Your planned currency, top-up and payout method, MobCash experience and document type
- Photos of your identity document (front and back) and a selfie in which you hold your document and a paper with today's date
- Your consent choices: you must confirm that you have read this notice, accept the Agent Terms and agree to be contacted about your application, and you can choose optional product updates
Photos can be JPEG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC files of up to 10 MB each. We also store each file's name, type and size.
While you fill in the form, your browser saves a draft on your device so you do not lose your work. After you submit, only your application ID and the submit time stay there. On a shared phone or computer, clear the browser data when you finish.
If you continue on your phone with the QR code, the link works for 15 minutes, and we create the QR code on our own server. If a manager asks you to re-upload a document, we keep the earlier version as a record of the review. When you check your application status, we use your application ID and email only to find your application.
Support messages
When you contact support, we collect your name, how you want us to reply (Telegram, WhatsApp or email), your contact details, the topic, your message and, if you add it, your application ID.
Live chat and AI replies
The chat stores your messages, our replies, your language, your region, the time and a coded form of your IP address. Before we store your messages, we automatically remove the phone numbers, email addresses and @usernames we detect in them. Messages from our managers are stored as they wrote them. If you give your phone number or @username so a manager can contact you, we save it as a callback request.
Many replies are written automatically. When no ready answer fits, your message may be sent to an AI service (Google Gemini, or OpenAI as a backup) to help write the reply. The AI service receives your latest message as you wrote it, up to 8 earlier messages from the same chat (with the contact details we detect removed), your language, basic facts about your region and what you already told the chat, for example whether you have the starting capital or have already left a contact. Please do not write document numbers, passwords or other sensitive details in the chat.
A RolsBet manager can join the chat and reply in person. We may keep general questions in which we detect no contact details, together with their answers, to reply faster next time. Our team also reviews chat conversations to improve the chat's answers. For this we may copy them from our server, and we delete these copies when the review is done.
Telegram bot
After the quiz, you can open our Telegram bot. When you press Start, the bot links your request to your Telegram account. We store your Telegram user ID and username, encrypted, so your manager can reach you. We do not store the other messages you send to the bot.
Job applications and CVs
When you apply for a job with us, we collect the role and market you choose, your full name, email, Telegram or phone number, languages, location, whether you are employed now, your availability, your CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB) or a link to it, and who referred you.
Manager verification
When you check a manager's contact, we do not store the username or number you type. We only record whether the check found a match.
Visits and statistics
When you use the portal, your browser gets a random visitor ID. We record the pages and form steps you open, how long a page stays open, your region and language, your browser type and a coded (pseudonymised) form of your IP address. We make this code from your IP address with a secret key, and we do not store the IP address itself. On our server, we do not store the page you came from or the tracking tags in ad links.
We also store the same IP code and browser type with each form you send, to help prevent fraud.
Ad measurement (Meta Pixel)
Some of our ads link to the portal with a Meta (Facebook) Pixel ID. Only then does your browser load Meta's pixel. It tells Meta which pages you open and sends two events: "lead" after you send a callback request or the quiz, and "sale" after you submit an agent application, with your application ID. Each event is sent twice: under our own name and as Meta's standard event (Lead or Purchase). We have switched off Meta's automatic event setup, so the pixel does not report your clicks on buttons. Meta's script also receives technical details about your browser and device. If Meta's automatic matching is switched on, the script can also read contact details you type into a form on the page and send them to Meta in coded (hashed) form. Meta may link this to your Facebook account under its own privacy policy. Your browser keeps the Pixel ID for later visits until you clear the site data. If you never opened such a link, the pixel does not load. You can refuse this measurement with Decline in the cookie bar at the bottom of the page: from then on, on every page, we tell the pixel that you refused before it sends anything, and it sends no events to Meta.
Why we use it and on what basis
We use your data to:
- Answer your callback request, chat or support message
- Check your identity and decide on your agent application
- Set up your agent account and work with you as an agent
- Review job applications
- Prevent fraud, fake managers and abuse, and keep the portal secure
- Understand how the portal is used and fix problems
- Measure our ads, when you came through an ad link with a Meta Pixel
- Meet our legal duties
Our legal reasons, in plain words:
- Contract: we need the data to handle your request and your application (the steps before an agreement) and to work with you as an agent.
- Consent: when you tick a consent box, such as optional product updates, or start our Telegram bot. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: to prevent fraud and impersonation, keep the portal secure, answer chat questions, make statistics and measure our ads. We weigh these interests against your rights.
- Legal obligations: when the law requires us to check identity, keep records or answer the authorities.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents for advertising. A person on our team reviews every agent application. We do not approve or reject applications automatically.
Who can see it
Only people who need your data for their work can see it. Staff log in with their own account, and the server checks their role on every request.
| Who | What they can see |
|---|---|
| RolsBet admins | All data on the portal. In an application, your name, date of birth, contact details and address stay masked until an admin presses Reveal. An admin who opens an application sees its other details and the document photos. Every reveal and every document view is logged. |
| Your RolsBet manager | The callback requests assigned to them, with your name and contact. For a linked application, only its status and the result of each document check, not your details or photos. Live chats, so any manager on duty can answer you. |
| Service providers | Only what their service needs (see below) |
| Public or open chats | Never |
| Other agents | Never (except the Verified agents page, see below) |
Service providers we use
- Hosting: the company that runs our server, where the portal, its data and its backups are stored.
- Cloudflare: a network and security service. Every visit passes through it, including your IP address.
- Telegram: our team gets alerts about new requests in Telegram. Alerts never include your name, contact or message, only details such as the region, topic and request number. If you use our Telegram bot, Telegram also processes your chat with the bot.
- AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI): Gemini, or OpenAI as a backup, helps write chat replies, as described above.
- Meta: only when the pixel is active, as described above.
- Map service: only if we use one to place approved agents' business addresses on our internal coverage map. It then receives that address.
We may also share data when the law requires it, for example with the police or a court, or to protect people from fraud.
If you become an agent, we may show your agent name and the contact links you use for players on our Verified agents page, so players can check that you are real. Tell us if you do not want to be listed.
Data outside your country
Some of our providers, such as Cloudflare, Telegram, Google, OpenAI and Meta, work in many countries. Your data may be processed outside your country, where data protection laws may be different. We choose established providers that protect data with security measures and, where they offer them, data protection terms in their contracts. We send each provider only what its service needs.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. We use the cookies below. Most are needed for the portal to work or to keep it secure. Only the Meta Pixel cookies are used for ads, and you can refuse them with Decline in the cookie bar.
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
rb_sid | A random visitor ID. It links your visits and form steps together, for the forms and for basic statistics. | 30 days |
rb_geo | Remembers your region. | 180 days |
rb_lang | Remembers your language. | 180 days |
rb_csrf | Protects forms from fake submissions. | 7 days |
rb_apply | Opens the application form after you use an invite link or access code. | 7 days |
rb_invite | Remembers the personal invite link your manager sent you, so your application is linked to your request. | 7 days |
rb_resub | Lets you re-upload documents that a manager asked for. | 30 minutes |
rb_tgl | Shows you the right link to our Telegram bot after the quiz. | 24 hours |
rb_cref | Remembers who referred you to a job opening. | 30 days |
rb_consent | Remembers your choice in the cookie bar (OK or Decline), so the bar does not show again. After Decline, it tells the Meta pixel on every page that you refused. | 365 days |
rb_admin | Staff login. Not set for visitors. | 8 hours |
rb_fb_pixel | Stores the Meta Pixel ID from an ad link. | 180 days |
_fbp, _fbc | Set by Meta's pixel to measure ads, only when the pixel is active. | About 90 days (set by Meta) |
Browser storage
The portal also saves some data in your browser's storage. It stays on your device.
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
rb_mobcash_ | A draft of your agent application. After you submit, only your application ID and submit time. | Until you clear the site data |
rb_quiz | Your progress in the quiz. | Until you close the tab |
rbchat_* | Your chat session and its latest messages. | Until you close the tab |
rb_fb_pixel, rb_fb_ | The Meta Pixel ID and markers that stop the same ad event from being counted twice. | Until you clear the site data |
rb_fb_lead | Stops the "lead" ad event from being counted twice in this tab. | Until you close the tab |
How to refuse or clear cookies
- You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
- If you block our cookies, forms and the application may not work.
- To stop Meta measurement, press Decline in the cookie bar. To change your choice later, use the button below this list. Tracking protection or an ad blocker in your browser can also block the Meta pixel.
- On a shared device, clear the site data when you finish, so the next person cannot see your application draft.
How we protect it
We protect your data with these measures:
- Encryption: names, contact details, dates of birth, street addresses, support messages, the personal details in job applications, document photos, selfies and CVs are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Other details, such as country, city, currency, document type, photo file names, chat messages (contact details we detect in your messages are removed), visit statistics, staff notes and the Verified agents listing, are stored on our protected server without this extra encryption.
- Secure connection: all pages, forms and uploads use HTTPS (TLS).
- No public links: documents and CVs are never published. Only logged-in admins can open them.
- Photo metadata: from JPEG photos we remove hidden data, such as location, before we store them. PNG, WEBP and HEIC photos keep their hidden data, so turn off location in your camera settings if you do not want to share it.
- Staff access: two staff roles, checked by the server. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, login attempts are limited and staff logins expire after 8 hours.
- Hidden by default: names, dates of birth, contact details and addresses in applications stay masked in the admin panel until an admin presses Reveal. Admins who open an application see the document photos, and every view is logged.
- Activity log: we log important staff actions, such as logins, reveals, document views, exports, status changes and deletions.
- Alerts without personal data: team alerts never include your name, contact or message.
- Form protection: security tokens, spam traps and limits on repeated requests.
- Backups: daily copies of our databases on our server. Encrypted details stay encrypted in the copies.
No system is completely secure. Help protect yourself: send documents only through this portal, never in a chat, and check every manager on the verification page before you share anything.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as we need it. This data is deleted automatically:
| Data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Visit statistics (pages and form steps) | 90 days |
| Chat messages | 90 days |
| Visitor IDs and visit details, if you did not submit an application | 180 days after your last visit |
| Document photos you uploaded but did not submit | 30 days after upload. Photos you replaced are deleted when you submit. |
| Activity log | 365 days |
| Saved answers to general chat questions | The 5,000 most recently used are kept, older ones are deleted |
| Database backups | The 14 most recent copies |
Other data has no fixed deletion date: agent applications and documents (including earlier versions and rejected applications), callback requests and manager notes, support messages, job applications and CVs, chat session details and the visit record linked to a submitted application. We keep it as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, for example while you work with us and afterwards to prevent fraud and meet legal duties. Then we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
Data in your browser stays until it expires (see the cookie table above) or until you clear it. When we delete data, its copies in our backups disappear as the backups are replaced.
Your rights and how to use them
You have these rights over your personal data:
- Access: see the data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correction: fix data that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: object to how we use your data, for example for statistics or ads.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, for example for product updates. This does not affect what we did before.
- Complaint: complain to the data protection authority in your country, if there is one.
To use your rights, contact us:
- Email: support@rolsbet.partners
- Support form: Contact support
Tell us your name, your contact and your application ID if you have one. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, for example with the email from your application. This is free. We try to answer within 30 days.
Sometimes we cannot delete everything at once, for example when we must keep a record to prevent fraud, to settle a dispute or because the law requires it. If so, we tell you why.
Children
The portal and the agent program are only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to apply, and the application form checks your date of birth. If you believe that a child under 18 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services, our providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we will say so on this page.
This notice is available in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
