MobCash Manager

You grow our network of MobCash agents in your market: you answer new agent leads, guide them through verification and help them earn from day one.

About the role

MobCash agents are local partners who top up and pay out RolsBet player balances in cash or mobile money and earn a commission on every operation. As a MobCash Manager you are the first person a future agent talks to. You turn leads from our website, ads and chat into verified, active agents, and you stay their contact when they need help.

What you will do

  • Answer incoming agent leads from our website, ads and chat the same day, by phone, Telegram or WhatsApp.
  • Find new agents yourself: local Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook groups, mobile money shops and kiosks.
  • Explain the MobCash model and commissions, and guide candidates through verification on this portal.
  • Support active agents with deposits, withdrawals, commissions and app questions.
  • Log every contact and status in our CRM.
  • Reach weekly targets for qualified agents.

What we expect

  • 6+ months in sales, a call center, customer support or mobile money.
  • Native language of your market (see the table below).
  • English or Russian for communication with the team.
  • Fast, friendly replies on calls and in chats.
  • Available 9:00-19:00 in your market's time zone.
  • A laptop or smartphone with stable internet.

Nice to have

  • Experience in betting, MobCash, money transfer or mobile money.
  • Your own network of shop owners, cashiers or agents.
  • An extra local language, for example Oromo or Tigrinya in Ethiopia.

  • Fixed monthly salary plus a bonus for every qualified agent.

  • Our bounty program: 50% of the monthly salary of every referred hire who passes probation or brings a qualified MobCash agent.
