1. The agent program
As a RolsBet MobCash agent in Egypt, you help RolsBet players top up their accounts with cash and cash out their winnings. You work through the agent app with your own working balance (your float), and you earn commission on the approved transactions you process.
You run your agent point as your own business. You are not an employee of RolsBet, and you may not sign agreements or make promises in RolsBet's name.
These terms apply from the moment you apply. You accept them when you tick the Agent Terms box in the application form.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work as a cash agent where you operate. You must give accurate identity and contact details and work from the location stated in your application. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business, including any local permits and taxes.
3. Truthful information
All information and documents you submit must be true, current and your own. False information, forged documents or another person's identity will lead to rejection or termination and may be reported to the authorities.
4. Verification (KYC) and documents
You agree to complete identity verification (KYC): photos of your identity document (front and back) and a selfie in which you hold your document and a paper with today's date. We use your documents only for verification, fraud prevention, account setup, security checks and our legal duties. Send documents only through this portal, never in a chat.

5. Security review and approval
Our team reviews every application before activation. We may ask for more information or new photos, or decline an application, to protect players and the program.
After approval, your official manager gives you access to the agent app and the agent group. Only an official manager can confirm your approval.
6. Your float and the first-deposit rule
Your first deposit happens only after an official manager confirms your security approval.
We never ask for a fee or a payment to apply or to be approved. Anyone who asks you to pay before approval is not acting for RolsBet.
Your float is your own money, not a fee. You load it into the agent app with the top-up and payout methods listed for Egypt. It moves between your cash and the app as you serve players.
7. Commission
Commission is paid only on approved and verified transactions.
In Egypt, the current rates are 4% of each approved deposit and 1.5% of each approved withdrawal you process, minus any payout adjustments.
There is no guaranteed income. What you earn depends on the transactions you process. Rates may change, but a change does not affect commission you have already earned.

8. Prohibited behavior
The following are not allowed:
- Fraud, money laundering or helping with prohibited transactions
- Fake transactions made only to earn commission
- Pretending to be RolsBet, a manager or another agent
- Sharing player data or your login details with others
- Sharing documents in public or open chats
If you break these rules, we may hold or reverse commission, suspend or end your participation and, where the law requires it, report it to the authorities.
9. Payout adjustments
Cancelled, disputed, charged-back or fraudulent transactions are not counted and may be deducted from your balance. We may correct errors and reverse commission paid on transactions that are later found invalid.
10. Suspension and termination
You may leave the program at any time. Tell your manager or support.
We may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms, for security reasons or when the law requires it.
Verified amounts owed to you for valid transactions remain payable, subject to review. Our Privacy Notice explains how long we keep your data after you leave.
11. Limits of liability
You run your agent business at your own risk. You are responsible for your cash, your float, your phone and your login details.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your own mistakes, by sharing your login, by paying an unverified contact, or by events outside our control, such as network, power or payment provider outages.
We work to keep the portal and the agent app available, but we cannot promise that they will always work without interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits a right or a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when rates, payment methods or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. We tell you about important changes through your manager or our official channels.
If you keep working as an agent after a change, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can leave the program.
These terms are available in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
13. Support and disputes
For any question, contact support or an official manager. Always check a manager's contact on the manager verification page first. Never send money or documents to an unverified contact.

If you disagree with a decision, such as a rejected application, a payout adjustment or a suspension, contact support first and explain the problem. We try to resolve every complaint within 30 days.
