Know someone who would be a great Affiliate Manager or MobCash Manager? Send them to us. When your candidate passes probation or brings a qualified MobCash agent, you get a bounty of 50% of their monthly salary.

How it works

    Get your link

    Enter your Telegram username below and copy your personal link to our vacancies.

  2. 2

    Share it

    Send the link to the candidate. When they apply through it, you are added to their application automatically. They can also type your Telegram in the Referred by field.

  3. 3

    We hire

    We review the application, interview the candidate and make an offer.

  4. 4

    You get paid

    When your candidate passes probation or brings a qualified MobCash agent, we pay you 50% of their monthly salary.

Program rules

  1. The bounty is 50% of the referred hire's fixed monthly salary, paid once per hire.
  2. It is paid when the hire passes probation or brings their first qualified MobCash agent, whichever happens first.
  3. A qualified agent is a MobCash agent who passed our verification and reached $500 in cash desk turnover (or the equivalent in local currency).
  4. You must be named in the candidate's application, through your link or in the Referred by field. Referrers cannot be added after the application is sent.
  5. If several people refer the same candidate, the bounty goes to the referrer named in the first application.
  6. Self-referrals and candidates who applied to RolsBet before your referral do not count.
  7. We contact you on Telegram to arrange the payout.
  8. RolsBet may change or end the program. Referrals sent before a change keep the rules that applied when they were sent.
  9. The hire must still be working with RolsBet on the payout date.
  10. RolsBet staff who take part in hiring the candidate (interviewers, the hiring team lead) cannot receive a bounty for that hire.
  11. RolsBet may refuse or reclaim a bounty in case of fraud, fake agents or collusion.
  12. Referrers do not represent RolsBet: do not promise jobs or salaries, and never take money from candidates.
