About the role

RolsBet is an international betting and casino brand working in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. As an Affiliate Manager you own partner acquisition for your market. You know where local players spend their time online, you talk to channel owners in their language, and you turn first contacts into long-term partnerships.

What you will do

  • Find and sign new partners: Telegram channels and groups, tipsters, influencers, SEO sites and media buyers.
  • Agree deal terms (RevShare, CPA or hybrid) within the approved limits.
  • Onboard partners with tracking links, promo materials, bonuses and promo codes.
  • Keep partners active with regular check-ins, offers and performance reviews.
  • Track registrations, first deposits and partner ROI, and report weekly.
  • Share market insights: competitors, offers and what converts in your market.

What we expect

  • 1+ year in affiliate marketing, iGaming, betting or partnerships.
  • Native language of your market (see the table below).
  • English or Russian for communication with the team.
  • You understand RevShare, CPA and hybrid deals.
  • Confident with Telegram, outreach and negotiation.
  • Self-driven: you plan your own day and own your numbers.

Nice to have

  • Your own contacts among channel owners, tipsters or webmasters in your market.
  • Experience with SEO, in-app or Telegram traffic.
  • Knowledge of local payment methods and competitor brands.
